Unsolved Mysteries
This post is about unsolved mysteries. The re-enactments and special effects are actual eyewitness accounts. What you are about to read is not a news broadcast.
Strange things have been happening at my house! At first I thought I was crazy, but as time goes on I have come to realize that I am not crazy. Things just happen with no explanation and no one in my house has any knowledge of how these things happened.
Below are a few examples of what has been happening...
*The lid on the milk jug...when I put the milk in the fridge it always has a lid on it. However, from time to time when I pull it out of the fridge the lid is missing.
*Some how the roll of toilet paper is ALWAYS falling off it's holder and ends up on the cupboard. But no one has any recollection of when or how it happened.
*The ice cube trays...always empty! But if you ask the people in the household they just filled them up. Weird!
*The garbage. The garbage can seems to be full most of the time, but Jayce and Alek SWEAR they JUST took it out. Strange!
*An empty bag of potato chips. But nobody ate them!
*Just the other day I had five dollars sitting on my dresser. Today it's gone, but nobody remembers seeing it or has any idea where it might have gone.
*Jayce and Alek's room is almost always messy. But they tell me daily that it wasn't them or that they JUST cleaned it.
*There is always toothpaste stuck to the sink and all over the counter. But nobody brushes their teeth in that bathroom.
*The laundry always ends up on the floor, but I know my family ALWAYS puts their dirty clothes in the hamper. They tell me so!
These (among many others) are baffeling mysteries! I am trying to get to the bottom of what's happening in my home. If any of you have any have any information that can help please contact me. Your name will remain anonymous. Thank you!

Winter...
I know, I know!!! I have complained incessantly about this years winter. I have hated every minute of it! Ok well, maybe not every minute. I have had my fair share of fun! That is why I have decided to write a formal apology to winter!
WINTER, I am Sorry! Please forgive me!
I know you mean well, and that you are just doing your job. And I know you bring so many wonderful things each and every year!
Such as, water, white christmas's, beautiful white capped mountains, a reason to wear sweatshirts and cute socks, thanksgiving, a new year, making new goals, sledding, skiing, hot chocolate, lots of holidays, snuggeling with my husband to stay warm, and so much more that I can't think of.
I am done complaining about you winter, it has only made you linger longer. I know you too want a rest. I have counted down the seconds and days you will come to an end. And now that we are just about there I am actually a little bit sad to have you leave. I know, make up my mind already!
Whoa, now don't get me wrong, I am still majorly excited for spring. It's just that I can probably savor what's left of you, winter, and make the best of it.
Can we still be friends?
If you live in Salt Lake where there is NO snow, and the weather is in the 40's, and you are a little confused. Yes, Vernal is still very much a winter wonderland. If you miss the butt freezing cold, and snow, come visit me! I would love to share with you!
Happy rest of the winter!

A crazy little thing called love...
Aristotle once said "Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies".
Anybody who has been in love knows that Aristotle is a wise man!
Life without love would be...well I can't even imagine what life would be without it. Nor do I want to!
With Valentines Day right around the corner I thought I would take just a minute to list a few reasons why I LOVE my man!
I love the way he smiles!
I love when he dances around the house like a fool!
I love how he tries to be macho, but he really isn't!
I love that he laughs at my jokes, even when they are dumb just to make me feel good!
I love the way he smells after a shower!
I love how hard he works!
I love his blue eyes!
I love his hands!
I love how he makes me laugh!
I love when he hugs me and kisses my neck!
I LOVE GRANT!!!

“Gravitation can not be held responsible for people falling in love.”
~Albert Einstein
Happy Valentines Day everyone!

"Mmmm, it's always better when we are together..."
Goldfish have always been a snack favorite for me. And cream cheese is always a crowd pleaser. However, I didn't ever think to put them together until recently. My friend Rachel was telling me one day how her family likes to dip goldfish crackers in cream cheese. At first I wasn't interested at all! Then one night I was in desperate need of a snack. Nothing sounded good, then I remembered Rachel's little concotion. I decided to give it a try. Oh boy am I glad I did. Goldfish and cream cheese is now my favorite snack. Just soften your cream cheese a little in the microwave then start dipping your crackers. I prefer thecheddar cheese flavor blasted goldfish, but really any flavor is good.
Trust me, this is really is good. My kids love it, the kids I take care of love it, and I love it!
It's the snack that smiles back!
