I know many of you think I am crazy, so I won't bore you with the details! I just wanted to post some pictures of all the fun we had, which is why I enjoy it so much!

Schiess family favorite dinner...
15 minute taco in a pan
1 lb gorund turkey (or beef)
2 cups water
1 pkg Taco seasoning mix
2 cups minute rice, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups chopped tomatoes
Brown meat in a skillet, add water and seasoning mix, bring to boil. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
